Wind on Water

Wind On Water is a traditional Maibock style lager hopped with Tettnanger and Perle to create a noble spiciness to help balance the malt sweetness from Bohemian pils, Vienna, and Munich malt. The light toffee and biscuit aromas pair well with the mild saccharinity of the malty flavor and the smooth bitterness from the noble hops.
