Maplewood x Mikerphone Collab Beer Release

Celebrate Illinois Craft Beer Week at the Lounge! On Monday, May 16th, we welcome our friends from Mikerphone Brewing for a mini-Tap Takeover as we debut our new collab beer release, Pallendrome IPA. Party starts at 3pm with limited Mikerphone draft offerings!

•Pallendrome - West Coast IPA - 6.7% ABV - Take a trip to the West Coast with this new citrusy, hoppy IPA. Packed with guava, passionfruit and orange peel, Pallendrome uses Centennial Incognito in the boil and Citra Spectrum and Talus Cryo in the dry-hop. Expect big citrus and white wine notes to shine in this beer from Omega's R&D yeast formerly used in Sneakerbeast. Brewed in collaboration with our good pals over at Mikerphone Brewing.
