Taste Profile

We took a simplified version of a Midwestern IPA grain bill and dosed it heavily with Strata hops, shipped overnight from Crosby Hop Farms in Oregon. The lightly sweet malt canvas with slight notes of caramel allows the big dank tropical notes and bright orange flavors to shine.
