Taste Profile
We use Eclipse, Citra, and Motueka hops in heavy doses throughout the brewing process, so this west coaster has tons of orange, and tangerine peel, with notes of pine and tropical fruit.
Our first collaboration with Barn Town Brewing from Iowa had to be a corn beer, so we decided a juicy west coast IPA would benefit from the nearly 50% corn; resulting in a fluffier body and farm freshness.
