Our collaboration with Solemn Oath is a drinkable stout at a reasonable ABV. We designed the recipe around the concept of blending in 20% barrel aged stout.

We hand picked barrels with our buddies at Solemn Oath that we thought would balance the fresh beer and add mature characteristics while enhancing vanilla and caramel character. A unique, and complex stout that should be enjoyed anytime.
