We use a house-made, natural blackberry seltzer, sweetened with cane sugar as the base, and add our award winning Spruce Gin and finish it with a dash of orange bitters. An effortless cocktail with juicy berry notes that amplify the citrus notes in the gin and play perfectly off the bitters.

We teamed up with the fine folks at the Salt Shed again to create another 'fizz' cocktail.
